2. Website information and our services
This website describes our digital consultancy, web development, bespoke software, digital marketing and AI automation services. Its content is general information and is not a project proposal or a guarantee of a particular commercial result.
Submitting an enquiry does not create a services contract or commit you to a purchase. Project scope, fees, timescales, deliverables, support, intellectual property and any data-processing arrangements will be set out in a separate written agreement. That agreement governs the services we supply.
3. Acceptable use
Please use this website lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You must not introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website’s operation, send spam through our forms, impersonate another person or submit unlawful material.
When contacting us, provide information you are entitled to share. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through the general enquiry form. We can agree an appropriate secure method where a project requires confidential information.
4. Website content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, rights in the website’s text, design and original materials belong to Digital Process Solutions or its licensors. Third-party names, logos and materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself imply an endorsement or partnership.
You may view, download and print reasonable extracts for your own reference or internal business use, retaining any ownership notices. Other copying, republication, resale or commercial reuse requires permission unless the law allows it.
5. Links and third-party services
We link to other websites and may embed third-party services, such as maps. Their operators control their content, availability and terms. Check the relevant terms and privacy information before using them. A link does not mean we endorse everything on the destination website.
You may link to our publicly available pages fairly and lawfully, without suggesting a relationship, approval or endorsement that does not exist.
6. Availability and reliance
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may become outdated or contain errors. Please confirm information with us before relying on it for a business decision. We may update, suspend or withdraw website content and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising from reliance on general website information, interruptions to this website or third-party websites. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing removes your mandatory statutory rights.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in connection with this website and how to contact us about your rights.
8. Changes and questions
We may revise these terms as the website or our services change. Updated terms will be posted on this page with their effective date. Changes do not retrospectively alter a separate services agreement.
If you have a concern about this website, please contact us so we can try to resolve it.
9. Governing law
These website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights consumers have to rely on local law or bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction.
